Hi, I've got a NCS appointment to apply "Joint Naturalisation and Passport Checking Service" for my son who was born in UK. My son is having an indian passport which is expired yesterday (i.e. 29th Sep) and have got Tier 1 Dep visa valid till Feb 2017. I have few queries:

1. I think HO doesnt care about expired passport, please confirm. Also do I need to submit the expired passport to NCS?

2. I (Father) have signed in both MN1 form and passport form on behalf of my son but my wife will be going to NCS for documents submission. Is it ok?

3. Documents:

- MN1 and PP forms
- MN1 Payment slip
- PP payment slip
- 3 Photographs (3 or 4?)
- Son full birth certificate (Original)
- Son Indian expired passport (?)
- Son BRP (Original)
- ILR Original (my wife's)
- Marriage Certificate (Original)

Would appreciate if anyone response for the above.
