Need hep with the 5 years rule
We are planing to apply the citizenship on oct 2017 ( This 2016 my wife exceed the 90 days Limit ~around 95 days outside UK)
if we count as
20 oct2017-20 oct 2016 no travelling
20 oct2016-20oct2015 out side UK 95 days
20oct 2015-20oct 2014 out side UK 50 days
20 oct 2014-20oct 2013 outside UK 50 days
20oct 2013-20oct 2012 outside UK 50 days
Is it gonna be ok to apply or have to wait another year?

Should be fine provided ILR held for 1 year (if not married to BC) and all other requirements met.

What I can say is:
if there is a good reason for exceeding 90 days in the last 12 months on ILR, you have to explain that on ADDITIONAL INFO section. The whole thing these days is about generating money for effective functioning of public services. REM: its ur money that is on the line.

HO usually disregards absences up to 100 days in the last 12 months. The alternative is, the OP waits till 25th or 26th October to submit to be on the safe side if it works out.
