how do i regester my son for biometrics abroad?

Hi guys,
I have a son born to a British father here in the UK. am African.
He weht for holidays in Africa and decided yo stay a bit longer, his leave to remain was abt to expire and i told him to come back,when at the airport,immigration staff refused him to board after they consulted a Britsh immigration official in another African country.This guy tried to contact me and when i got jold of him the plane had left,so my son stayed there and visa expired.When i went and applied for him to come back to the UK ,the aplication was refused.He is 12yrs old.
Came back and consulted and got this UKF form.
My question is how will he get his bometric done when i am not there with him?
I have contacted home office but they are not clea
on the advice,the last one i talked to,said i should write a letter.
Anyone with advice p'se help,i am going through hell.
I have spent so much money trying to bring my son back,it is lije he committed a crime.
I want to be sure of the procedure before i post the forms.
