Uk citizenship application with spouse living abroad

Hello,

I am wondering if someone has been a similar situation as me and what their experience was with the citizenship application.
I have been living in the UK for 5 years and now have been granted ILR. I have been married for nearly 4 years and my spouse lives and works abroad. We make frequent visits to each other. I have made sure I have not gone over the absence limit advised over the 5 years. Now that I have ILR I will keep the time spent abroad under 90 days (criteria for last year on ILR) but all of the 90 days will be spent in my spouse's country. After application for citizenship I plan to visit again but return after a few months. I wonder if anyone has gone through a similar situation and whether they had any problems with their citizenship application. Any advice will be appreciated.

If the time away from the UK in the last 12 months before application is kept under 90 days then there's no issue.
It also should not be a problem to be away for a few months after application (as long as you have done Biometrics, someone is there to check your post and you are available to attend the ceremony) - as long as you plan your future in the UK and the extended stay abroad is only temporary.
