Hello Friends,
I am in the process of applying for British Nationality AN01 form for my wife and myself. We are struggling to get professional reference because our GP has refused and the Solicitor doesn't know us for at-least 03 yrs.
I am working with Lloyds Bank and want to know if i can use my Manager as a Professional Referee?
An early response will be appreciated !!
Sachin

Only if the manager has actually known your wife for 3 years.

Thanks.
But the problem is that my wife is a house wife and doesn't know anyone professionally such as Manager, Solicitor, accountant etc.Her registered GP has refused.

What about a nurse, pharmacist, any of your friends, personal licence holder at the corner shop.....

This is a fundamental and well-known requirement for the privilege of citizenship.
Clearly people living in UK should organise their life so as to cultivate such contacts and relationships for this very purpose.
Instead of getting caught out at the last minute and having to scrabble around.
That is all part of the integration into UK life that becoming a citizen stands for.
