Hi,

How are you all? I hope you're well.

I've applied for natrulsation back October 2014 and I was refused a year later due to having a misunderstanding case with the police which led to having an outstanding prosecution, furthermore the case was dropped later but it took so long for the police to drop the case, however the HO refused the application as I couldn't provide a proof off the police or CPS that the case got dropped but they said I can reapply anytime again but making sure I have no outstanding prosecution.

Furthermore I would like to reapply again for natrulasation and start new application however, I have one concern that I've spend around 1 year and 3 months outside the UK around due to my mum illness as I had to look after my mum

The question here, can I apply again under these extenuating circumstances, as I know that being absent from the uk for the past five years has to be not more than 450 days.....what are my options?
Could you please advise.

Kind Regards

Absence in last year to be within 90 days.
Suggest wait until some of your absence has timed out.
