Dear Team,
Can you please guide me whether my wife can apply for British Naturalisation. Currently she is on PBS Dependant Leave To Remain(PBS Depndant - Partner) and her visa expires in April 2019.
My Visa Details:
I have entered UK in Jan 2010 on ICT Tier 2 (Inter Company Transfer) and I got ILR in May 2015 (PBS/5 years Route).
I got married in India in May 2013 and my wife came to UK in Jun 2013 on Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff Partner. From Jun 2013 onwards, she was with me in UK (its been 3.5 years).
I got British Citizenship and Passport in Nov 2016.
My Wife Visa Details.
After Marriage, my wife came to UK in June 2013 on Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff Partner
Before her visa expired in June 2015, I have extended her visa with VISA CATAGORY - PBS Depndant - Partner (Applied online) - At that time I was holding ILR .
Kindly let me know whether she is eligible to apply British Naturalisation.
