hi,

i would be grateful if someone can explain to me question 1 and 2 in section 4 please
1- Has the applicant been included on ANY passport before ?
is that means only if i've been included not HELD passport before. i answered NO because i've never been included in someone else passport. is that correct ?
2- how many uncancelled passports are you sending us ? i answered ONE the only current passport i have. but i have two others cancelled. is that correct ?

i know it may be obvious for some of you but it does confuse me.

many thanks.

hi noajthan, thank you so much for your reply.

sorry this question really confuses me !!

No, i've never been included in someone else passport ( like parents ) !

BUT i have all passports issued since i start travelling and they are all cancelled ONLY one still valid.

SO, i answered:
1- NO
2- ONE. which i will send with the application.

Is this correct please ?

Section 3 of passport form asks if applicant 'has had or been included ...'
- so that means any previous passport.

Send only one if you only have one uncancelled passport.
Note 'expired' may not be cancelled.

this is what confuses me because the question is EXACTLY ( has the applicant been included on ANY passport before )

and not 'has had or been included ...'

i am completing the application online .

i've took a screen shot and i don't know if i can attach it or not.

On paper form I have wording is different.
In context of Section 3 the answer seems to be Yes if you have any passport at all.

Remember most of these forms are generic and apply to many scenarios - as well as being quite poorly designed.
