Hi folks, please can anyone confirm if I am using the correct application form for my 9 months infant for British Citizenship?

I was on Tier 2 at the time of child birth. Myself and spouse secured ILR on 01/12/2016. Tier 2 leave to remain for baby ends 19/01/2017. Now need to sort by baby's visa before Jan 2017...

Yes, MN1 is the correct application form.

Citizenship is not a VISA and you won't get citizenship approval before visa expires.

No issue though for children born in the UK.
