I wondering when I will be able to apply for British citizenship
I entre in uk on 2004 illegally (I declared to Home office on April 2007)
got married to my ex (EEA citizen) on march2007
Apply for card residence EEA2 on April 2007
I had my PR on 2012
In order to apply for BRITISH citizenship I need to have 10 years from the day I brought my self to Home office according to their Web site
If you entered the UK illegally in the past your application will normally be refused for 10 years from:

1 – The date in which you entered the UK illegally if this is known to the Home Officer or

2 – The date in which you first brought yourself to the attention or came to the attention of the Home Office.
.

Which day my 10 years elaps?

I'm not an expert by any stretch - but reading the info you provided I believe it would be ten years after you made yourself known i.e. ten years after April 2007, therefore May 2017.

That is if all good character checks are cleared and passed as satisfactory, see:

thank you for your quick response!
i read your link and this what they wrote about my case

9.5 Illegal Entry

In circumstances where an applicant entered the UK illegally,

an application for citizenship should normally be refused for a period of 10 years from the date of entry,
if it is known. If it is not known, the period of 10 years starts from the date on which the
person first brought themselves to or came to the attention of the Home Office.

when i did apply for residence card on 2007 i declared the date I entered illegally to uk (february 2004),recently I received my SAR and the date of my entry was recorded after my declaration on 2007)
please can you tell me when I am eligible to apply for BC?

10 years from the date of my first entry to uk (feb 2004)
10 years from the date of submitting my application eea2 (march 2007)
10 years from the date of received my COA April 2007
