Hi..

I have now decided to apply for Naturalization after my 05 years route of ILR ( 01 year from the date of Application ) .

Thanks for your great advice.. I now apply for myself and then register childs.

Documents;

1. AN FORM
2. Payment sheet with all details of card
3. My Passport
4. Bio Metric Card
5. Life in UK test
6. B1 Test certificate - Trinity College
7. Passport form duly filled in.. ( using JCAP service at NCS )
8. Passport size photos 03. ( Name and DOB written on 02 photos and one blank )

( documents stand-by : Marriage certificate and sponsor passport taken to NCS )
when writing name in section 1 , its asked surname first and then given name to write in the boxes . thats fine. Normally we write First name and then surname.
so I wrote in section 7 - Declaration 7.1 -

Full name - First name ( my name ) then sur name ( Husband name ). ..

please comment if enough or need more ..

Passport fee page??

Evidence of tax/NI compliance if ever a worker?

where to find this passport fee page ? as it is submitted through NCS , I just add the fees ( 1236 + 72.50 ) = 1308.50 and put this total in the Payment sheet of AN form so that HO will debit this amount both naturalisation and passport.

If I am wrong , Any different fee page for passport ? please ..

She is working .not a self-employed . so what is Evidence of tax/NI compliance ?

please clarify.. I couldnt find these things in the forum's earlier posts.

I found the passport fee page inside the little guidance book that comes together in the envelope with passport application form. If you applying through NCS they might provide you with this page if you don't take it .

NCS (despite wonderful service) are just agents they are not HO.

Thank you very much ..you are a good adviser. I have read this.. Wife started to work 03-10-2013 and working till today. so how many payslips to be submitted with P60s ?

also , for Tax ref number and address ;
In P60 , the Employer PAYE Ref is like this (only numbers ) .. 453 / 1234567 ( total 10 numbers only )
is it ok to write this numbers as Tax reference number ? some says it must be like ABC / DF12356 ?
cant find any tax address in PAYSLIP or P60..

I think that's the type of #.

If you don't have address you don't have one, leave it.

P60s should be ok; perhaps add sample of payslips per year.

PAYSLIPS - These are given ONLINE payslips only. so I can get print outs for all 03 years.

Online printouts may not be accepted.
In that case perhaps stick with all original P60s.
