Child born in India to ILR father

Dear Gurus,
I need your kind inputs. My daughter will be 3 years in Feb 2017. She was born in India in 2014.
I am holding ILR since 2013. I haven't applied for Naturalisation yet due to all these expensive Spouse & Dependent visa for my family.
Now there are here since Feb 2016. I am planning to apply for Naturalisation some time next year.
I was thinking to some how save money & time on my daughters visa by registering her as BC on discretion.
I am aware of the rule i.e Parents needs to be settled of applying for BC.
Now my wife's Settlement spouse visa is expiring at the same time as my daughters since they got their visa together form back home.
I was thinking first to apply for my wife's ILR in premium service & then straightaway register my daughter as BC(this will be inline with the rules)
Assuming I will bet BC next year & wife will get ILR after 5 years.
Or what if I apply to register my daughter as BC once I get get BC and she completes 2 years in UK.
I have seen kids getting BC on discretion. Is there any specific situation Home Office looks for this?
I am just trying out a way to save some money in this expensive & stressful journey.
I would really appreciate your advise.
Thanks in advance.
