Naturalisation with ILR based on DV

Can you please advise me what are the conditions to apply for the naturalisation after getting an ILR (DV)?

I have got ILR(DV) 9 months ago, I am still married to BC, I am in the UK for more than 3 years now, and I have the marriage certificate and the copy of my husbands' full passport.

1) We don't live together anymore, and that is going to be visible from the utility bills. Is that a problem?

2) I don't have a number of his naturatisation certificate or a date of naturalisation

3) Do I have to pass the life in UK test and English test?

4) For how many days in total am I allowed to be absent for the past 3,5 years?

Thank you very much in advance.

You don't need bills to apply for naturalisation.
2) I don't have a number of his naturatisation certificate or a date of naturalisation
Passport copy should be sufficient if you explain in the 'additional information' page.
3) Do I have to pass the life in UK test and English test?
Yes and yes, B1 level English unless you are from an exempt country.
4) For how many days in total am I allowed to be absent for the past 3,5 years?
270 days in total for 3 years and 450 days in total for 5 years. The final 12 months before applying on either route the absence limit is 90 days.

How long have you been in the UK?

1) If non-EEA your passport is enough to prove residence in UK (due to stamps).

2) Copy of passport as suggested above.
Worst case: include full details of hubby so that HO can trace him. But hopefully you can arrange at least a photocopy of certificate and/or passport.

Explain your case in a cogent supporting letter. Don't go over the top, be matter of fact.
As seen in previous cases reported here, caseworker should be reasonably understanding and sympathetic in such a case.

Check the AN guide and AN booklet, they are quite comprehensive.

Good luck.

Thank you both for the useful information. It is very encouraging.

I came to the UK first time in 2012 on a touristic visa (I think that doesn't count).

My first visit to UK on a spousal visa was in 2013 (I am here for almost 4 years).

Yes, I have a non-EU passport, but I often travel to the Republic of Ireland as a part of my job demands. They stamp my passport when I enter Ireland, but not when I come back to UK. Do I have to provide the airplane/ferry tickets for those absences?

I don't remember some of the dates of my travels back in 2013, so I don't know if that's a problem? (e.g.I know I visited parents in December 2014, but can't remember the exact dates)

I heard that there is a way do somehow download all my flights' history with an appropriate fee? That would be very useful. Can you please advise?
