Joint BC +Passport application payment

Hi all.

I`m going to apply for BC and passport at the same time through Nationality Check Service along with my wife and two kids.

Can I have one cheque for all of us or shall it be individual cheques? Also can I pay citizenship fee plus passport fee with one cheque or again it must be separated?

Ideally I`d like to pay with one cheque for all of us for both BC and passport.

Thank you.

BC Application: separate pay slips for each application
PP Application: I expect the same but I didn't do JCAP.
You are paying UKVI and HMPO, NCS doesn't process the payments.

Thank you for advise.

Just called to Surrey NCS and they said one cheque for all 4 applicant for BC is enough but for Passport should be individual payslips filled - can you comment on that please?

Thank you.

Yes, their advice appears correct. PP's a payment leaflet with each application.

Also can anyone advise what would be the full amount for 2 adults and 2 children: 2*1236+2*936 or I have to pay 4 £25 admin fee as well?

Thank you.

When you book the NCS appointment, they will charge as appropriate for the number of people you are applying for and you pay them directly when you book.

For citizenship, it is 2 X £1236 and 2 X £936.

What £25 admin fee are you specifically referring to??

Thank you.

But the thing is my company is paying for me and my family by cheque. So I need to give them the exact amount for us all to wright on the cheque beforehand.
Company will provide cheque for all of us application fees (one cheque for all) and I`ll pay the passport fees and NCS fees from my debit card.
Apologies for confusing you.
Can you clarify on the above?

Thank you.

You only need a cheque then for the 4 X citizenship fees.

What £25 admin fee are you talking about?

I thought if they`re talking about paying back £25 admin fee in case your application not successful it`s not included into processing fee. I thought it`s totally different thing. So may be I ought to pay application fee + admin fee for each applicant for them to be able to pay back if they had to.

Thank you.

So you (or company) would get back £80 X 2 PLUS £25 X 4 if all are refused.

Thank you.
The admin fee is nothing to do with you paying for your application.

Good afternoon all.

We`ll apply for BC and passport with our kids in February.
In March our sun will turn 16 y/o. Shall I still apply for child passport knowing that by the time his BC application will be approved and his pssport application will became active h already will be 16.

And then if I still will apply him as child shall I then re-apply him again after his 16th birthday?

Thnk you.

Children who are 16, or almost 16

Your child must apply for a 10-year adult passport if they’ll be 16 within the next 3 weeks or they’re already over 16

Good afternoon all.

My wife is a house wife for all last 5 years. She was going abroad with kids for half terms. In her passport there are stamps of arrival back into UK but not departure. How can we prove that she was present here for all this time?

Thank you.

Thank you.
