Test of English Language fo Passport Application

Hi,
I have done a one year Masters Certificate Degree in Scotland UK. Could I use this as part of my English Level skill demonstration?? I did not have to submit and IELTS score at the time of admission

There is no test of English for a passport application. There is proof required for naturalisation in order to be granted citizenship (prior to any application for a passport).
Was this qualification studied in medium of English? (or Gaelic?!)
My understanding is yes (for naturalisation), if a degree level qualification was a prerequisite.

Yes this test is for naturalisation.
The medium of instruction was English.

PR Card Just Issued

Hi,
I was reading through the previous posts and it is not clear to me if I am eligible to apply with the AN form since I have just been issued the PR card on 24th Nov However my entry date is 10th Oct 2010 and it has been more than 5 years now.
Kindly help
