hi

I work in the health service,, I have ILR,, since 2015, I applied for neutralization, I have gone through a very difficult time and had depression episode due to multiple family bereavements. I had suicidal thoughts, however I have made stupid mistakes and I have left some drugs in a bag and that was reported to the police, I received a caution for class b drugs, in july 2016, obviously my application was refused. the question is for how long according to the law I am not allow to apply for neutralization? 3 years or 10 years,,
I was diagnosed by 2 psychiatrist that I had a depression episode...can you please help me..

That will be consistent with caseworker's instructions.

sorry vinny,, I do not understand what do you meant?

I'm saying that your above comments are consistent with the caseworkers' instructions. They may refuse your application until at least years from the date of the caution has passed.

Sure vinny.. I totally understand that it is the caseworker instructions.. some people told me I am banned from applying again for 10 years!! And my whole question was about the period I am meant to wait before applying again is it by low 3 years only !! Or is it 10 years as I heard from some people,,,I already looked up the link and it says nonecustodial sentences( caution- warning etc ) the caseworker may refuse the application for 3 years
