ILR appl. took 12 months, can I apply for Citizenship now?

I applied for ILR on Feb 2016, received it on January 2017.
A visa consultant told me that she can make up the case for this lost 11 months, and advised me to apply for Citizenship before waiting for another 12 months.
Can this be possible?
Thanks

No, not as a 6(1) application.
Have you checked all requirements?

The document says:
"7.5
Discretion to disregard immigration time restrictions in the final 12
months may normally be exercised if:
g. consideration of an application for indefinite leave to remain,
made more than 15 months before the citizenship application,
had been protracted through no fault of the applicant, providing
ILR was eventually granted."

So from what I understand I can apply 15 months after my application date, with timeframes:
Application date: Feb 2016
Received ILR: Jan 2017
Eligible to apply for citizenship: (Feb 2016 + 15 months) = May 2017
Just wanted to confirm this clause does apply in my case.

Not familiar with it, it didn't apply in our case;
you will need to dig into it with advisor.

This 7.5 (g) clause could come handy for many applicants awaiting decision on their ILR applications for long time.
