Childs citizenship application without Father's consent

hello,
please can i apply for unitedkingdom passport for my daughter alone without the fater consent both of us registered her birth certificate together thefathersnamewas writing on the BCin wich weboth sign for it. but we are not married.He is not responding to me anytime i called him for us to process the passport.please some one help me He is a british but am not but i live in london and my daughter was born here still 5yrs old girl.
kindly help me out

If father was British at time of daughter's birth in the UK then she is British in her own right and you can just apply for her passport, no need for father's consent.

thank you for the infomation but i dnt knw his passport number i only knw his full name and DOB i mean the father of my daughter .thank you i will go ahead and fill the form for my daughter and apply for her.will keep you posted about it.thank you

What's your status in UK, are you settled (with ILR or PR) and were you at time of child's birth?

My daughter was born here I came with visiting visa but since then I have been staying in London till date.but my daughter s father his a British

So you have no legal status in the UK??
Did you pay for all your maternity and NHS use?

Do you mean you have 'NO' legal status?? So you are an overstayer??
If so, you are required to pay for all your NHS use, it is not free and not paying your bill can result in a visa refusal as HO do check with NHS.
