Hello everybody. I got 3 points and 100£ fine in 2016 February for sp30. The other day January 2017 I was stopped for not having business insurance as I was making a delivery. I am now looking at another 6 points. But I want to plead not guilty and go court. The judge might let me off as I was insured work to work place. On the other hand he might not let me off and might get a conviction. The important issue for me is that I am due to apply for neutralization may this year. Now I am so confused on what to do.
And also if I don't go to court and accept the penalty. When can I apply for British citizenship? Thansk.

You should seriously start considering the real probability that you are not going to be able to successfully apply for naturalization for a few years. Save yourself the money and stress and, after the waiting periods have lapsed, apply then, declaring everything.

As far as fighting the business insurance coverage in court, talk to a lawyer first.
