UKM Tax Office - in the USA is that the IRS?

I'm sitting here with an almost complete UKN form, but have one last question. I have never paid taxes in the UK, so have no Tax Office. Shall I put the USA - IRS office (which in my case is the Fresno address in California).

That's what I did -- used the Fresno IRS -- in the same situation. USA citizen using the UKM form. My application was approved. No questions were asked about the tax office entry.

When you did your Oath, did you do it at a California consulate?

If you work in UK, you must pay tax in the UK.

Not yet, but that's the plan. I asked to have the ceremony at the British Consulate General in Los Angeles. (I live in Arizona, which is served by the L.A. consulate.) The Home Office advised me that I would receive an invitation within twelve weeks.
