Hi

I have had my ILR for 3 years now and understand i am eligible for British Citizenship. I see tons of materials online but would anyone be able to give me a precise list of documents needed for me to apply using NCS (National Council Checking Service) please?

Thanks

Have you read AN Guidance and AN Booklet as well as the notes on AN form?

You should read the form AN and AN guidance notes, they are quite comprehensive.

No, absence include ALL absence. For citizenship there isn't a distinction between holiday and business.

What is your total absence in the 5 years and separately in the last 12 months?

last 5 years would be 300 days (max)
last 12 months would be around 110 days (max) i think

If you wait a couple of weeks to get the 110 days to below 100, then you should be ok as you are below the total for 5 years.

Who did you hear this from? Someone at the 'pub'? Don't believe everything you 'hear' who are 'immigration specialists' based knowledge from news reports in the Daily Mail.

Citizenship is not so easy to change as it is enshrined in LAW by Royal Ascent. Immigration RULES are easier to change.
