can i apply for British Citizenship?

today I got ILR Approved at the premium service after 6 year of discretionary leave
I come to the uk august 2009 student visa valid till 31 October 2010
from 1 November to 15/12/2010 overstay (45 days)
15/12/2010 claim asylum
14/2/2011 asylum refused but granted discretionary leave 3 years valid till 15/2/2014
18/1/2014 submit application for extended another 3 years and I got Approved
13/2/2017 ILR Approved
do I have to wait 10 years to apply for British Citizenship ?
