Proof of residence

Hi, I've submitted my application for EEA(PR) and once my status is confirmed I intend to apply for BC.
I'm currently studying and I will hopefully graduate in early June 2017. I've already secured a PhD position that will start 1 October 2017, so I will have 4 months of holidays in between that I will struggle to cover with any evidence with regard to the residence requirement. Is there anything I could proactively do during this time to make sure I can later be in a position to submit reliable evidence please?
