Greetings All,
Am applying for British citizenship using AN for (3 years residency (married to BC) category with ILR)

As per application form, I am providing below documents:
1) Identity - Passport
2) Language (IELTS certificate) and Life in the UK - proved earlier during ILR application
3) Lawful residence - Passport
5) freedom from immigration time restriction - ILR
6) Marriage Certificate

Any other documents do I need to add?

My Q's?
1- Haven't been in employment for last 5 years, I am househusband any problem with that?
2- My foreign passport expired almost a year ago didn't renew it as there was no intention to fly abroad and using my BRP as ID, so is it a problem to apply with an expired passport?
3- How to prove I was physically present 3 years ago on the date of my application ??

Your two previous posts are conflicting. One says you are a french citizen (posted 2016) and the other says you are a non-EU spouse of a BC (posted 2014)

2- My foreign passport expired almost a year ago didn't renew it as there was no intention to fly abroad and using my BRP as ID, so is it a problem to apply with an expired passport? You will need to submit evidence of residence for the period where you did not have a valid passport. Not sure what you will submit as payslips/P60s and banks statements showing salary is usually submitted.

3- How to prove I was physically present 3 years ago on the date of my application ?? Passport is sufficient

Can a letter from the kid's nursery stating that they are attending and am the one dropping and picking them up, play a role??

Needs to be something more official than that. Anyone can write such a letter.

Child tax credit award letters with your name, bank statements, NHS letters, etc etc

Yeah, have bank statements, letters from GP but For how long? evidence for every single month or every 2-3 months?
