Can anyone help me with some advice please.

I am submitting my children's MN1 form in 2 days time via NCS and am aware that a Photo needs to be pasted on the form itself with the child's name and date of birth written at the back. Can someone please let know if THAT photo has to be attested as well with a referee's signature?

Secondly, do we need to submit ONE MORE photo with the MN1 form? And if yes, should we keep it blank or attest/name it as well?

Only one photo - no attestation of photo itself, that's done on the referee page.

so u mean only referee sign will be needed on the form itself and none behind the photo which will be pasted?

correct - same as for AN form
