Question about date of indefinite leave to remain

Section 1.3 Asks for a specific date I was given indefinite leave to remain in the UK. I came to the UK in Mid April 2007 when I was only a young lad with my parents as a EU national. From what I know I got my indefinite leave to remain in April 2012, 5 years after coming over. The problem is that I don't have the exact date, I only know it was mid April 2007, and the application asks for the date in a dd/mm/yyyy format.
Do I just put a random date from mid April, or should I put something else?

Do you have proof of your ILR or PR?

I have my PR confirmation document, what would you count as proof of ILR? I have letters from schools I have attended to prove that I've been residing in the UK.

You have PR (EU route) and not ILR (UK immigration route).
Leave 1.3 blank as not relevant.
