You only pay the Post Office to enroll biometrics. The passport fee leaflet that you have to complete to pay is at the Post Office in the same envelope as the passport form.

Can anyone clarify if we need to just pick up the application from postoffice, fill it up and take to NCS appointment? Yes, with the completed passport fee leaflet.and then go back to post office to pay the passport application ? No.

As NCS officer told to pay at postoffice as they dont deal with passport applicationfee, please suggest what is usually way for collecting, filling and submitting the passport application when doing the NCS joint appointments Pick up the form, complete form and fee leaflet and submit at NCS.
