Ni class 3

Need help urgently cos I am applying citizenship next week via NCS
I was run a business as Company 2006-2008, but I made the loss every years so at that time I did not pay tax and NI.
Today I got the NI record from HMRC state that I need to pay class 3 on 2006-7 tax year for 689.00 by 05March 2023.
If I apply for Citizenship, is this gonna be problem as I did not paid tax or it will count as voluntary paid (they don't use this to reject my application).
