Naturalisation application for children born in UK

Dear forum members,
This forum has helped me immensely from time to time for my visa application and i am extremely thankful to all the members who invested their valuable time to help me.
My husband got ILR (long residence) and I plan to apply for my kids naturalisation who are born in UK and under 10 years old. I wonder if JCAP NCS operates in scotland?
What is the procedure?

Children are REGISTERED. Only adults are naturalisased.
Suggest contact your council NCS and find out if they offer JCAP.

Complete the forums and pay leaflets and submit with the supporting documents.

Dear forum members and CR001,
I applied for Tier1 Entrepreneur extension in last week of December and received complex case letter in early Febraury. I am still waiting for my application decision.
My husband has successfully varied his application from Tier1 Entrepreneur dependent to ILR (Long residence).
My 3 kids are born in UK .
Should i wait for the outcome of my application?
Or Is there any way that i can vary their application too? Or i have to withdraw their application?
Please advise me.

T1 extension

Dear forum members and Zimba,
I applied for my extension in end December with 4 dependents (husband and 3 kids). My husband has successfully varied his application to ILR (LR). We have received his ILR resident card two weeks back. His passports are not retuned yet. My kids are born in UK. I want to register them as British citizens now.
1:Can i send their MN1 (UK registration forms) without their passports and their father's passports? (All passports are with home office already).
2: i can post only their father's ILR card and their birth certificates. Is it ok?
