I would appreciate the answer of the following query;

Can we register a minors (born outside UK in 2007) as British Citizen without getting ILR whose is on Tier 1 Dependant child status (2013 to 2020) but one of the main parent has Citizenship and other dependant parent has ILR?
If yes then under what rule?

If one parent was British citizen at the time of birth, the child can apply for British passport.
