Please advise on the query below:

My wife is a Housewife and has never worked. I work as an IT contractor and the director of a ltd company.
My accountant suggested I can include my wife as one of the director/shareholder(since 2015) of my ltd company (tax efficient scheme). She has an NI number as well and withdraws salary and dividend.

She is eligible for Naturalization and I was filling up her AN form. My questions is:

1. Do I need to fill the section that says 'Details of your employment', or can I leave it blank.

There is no dependent type of application for citizenship. If wife is a director then she should declare as such.

So, on the AN form, Under Details of your employment - Section 1.50, under Occupation column what should I put. Do I need to create some role for her.
As I said, I have included her in the company just for tax savings and its me who manages everything.

So, confused about 'Occupation' Column.

Can I put 'Housewife' instead as occupation.

Just put down Director, name of company, from ?? to present ??. Only thing to do is stick with the facts. You can add additional comments in the "further information" section if you think necessary.

Employment is not a mandatory requirement for citizenship. Does she get paid as a Director? Does she have ILR?

Yes she does gets paid as a director. She takes Salary and Dividend.

She has ILR and has completed 6 years in the UK. Do I need to submit self assessment document i.e. SA302 for her or any other tax related document.

Other wise am submitting the following docs..

1. Form AN + payment Slip
2. Photos
3. LIUK original certificate
4. Passport and BRP
5. Marriage Certificate

Please advise and let me know if am missing any document.
