Hi guys,

Wondering if you could assist

So applying for the missus to become a British Citizenship via Nationalisation. She's been in the country for 6 years.

She got her Indefinite leave to remain card on 13/09/2013. She passed her Life in the UK test back in 2012, am I right in thinking she has to have a speaking and listening qualification in English at B1 CEFR or higher, or its equivalent, since she got her ILR before 23rd October 2013?

She has a IELTS qualification, but its from India, does that qualify or is it better for her to just do the B1 test?

Would appreciate the assistance.

Thanks.

Thanks.

One more query, she has already done the biometric during ILR, we don't have to do it again do we?

She will be required to submit biometrics again, everyone has to.
