Certificate of entitlement to the right of abode for child

Hi,

I was born in Zimbabwe in June 1986, my father was white british n my mother Zimbabwean. My parents were married and divorced. My father died in Zimbabwe.

I have a daughter born in Zimbabwe in 2006,

Q1. Do i have the entitlement to the righf of abode.
Q2. Can i apply for the entitlement to right of abode for my daughter as my dependent.

Was your father born in Britain or born in Zimbabwe (Rhodesia)??

My father was born in England.

You can apply for a British passport directly or RoA.

This is not possible for your daughter though. She will require a visa to come to the UK.

You will need your father's birth certificate and your full birth certificate for your passport app or RoA. Both showing parents details.
