Passport delayed under JCAP process

Dear all,
I attended citizenship Ceremony on 3rd April and still waiting for passport to arrive. Called up passport office several times but they advised that home office have not informed them about my citizenship. I also contacted council who reconfirmed that they informed home office and as per my request reconfirmed to home office again.
Passport office advised to contact home office but home office has not replied. I also called home office who said email is the only wat forward. Please advise.
