Naturalisation application Father and Mother Date of Birth

Hello,
Could any one Please help me regarding filling my Naturalisation application Father and Mother Date of Birth
my father and mother do not know them Date and month of birth only they know year of birth. and them ID card shows 00-00-1945 .
I am confused because if I will fill same like this way, Will home office ask any incidence?
its hard to get here them ID because they are in my home country...
Please suggest me What i need to do.
