I would like to ask a question, is someone knows....thanks in advance.....I want to apply for BC for my 2 daughters, 7 and 8 year old, born here in UK.ALL family has ILR , I have complete the form MN1 section 1(3), had references, british birth certificates....but the young daughter' s passport has expired 2 days ago, I still can apply with an expired passport....??? Thank you...

No issue, section 1(3) is an entitlement to register. The children born in the UK did not even need to apply for ILR either.

Thanks for your response, I didn't know that the children don't need ILR, I called Home Office and explain the situation and the lady was putting me on hold, she wasn't sure and then she told me the passport has to be valid...so ...it will takes at least 3 months to renew it,... it said in the MN1 guide passport if any....I don't know....born in UK, with PR cards...and just 2 days expired passport....thanks anyway for your message!

Passport's expiry is irrelevant. Don't rely on telephone conversations with them.

Thanks, I know is irrelevant, best word to describe it...thanks, but you know I want to be everything in order,you never know ,or maybe I worry too much ...but I will not give up, thanks so much for your response!
