URGENT Naturalisation Issue - Traffic Offence (SP 50)

Hi i know this is quite old thread but im jew here,as im intending to apply for my naturalisation on the basis of marriage ,im living in uk since 2002 and married here since 2004,i have got my ILR since april 2016,and i have all my documents up to date,my only concern is as i have traffic offences one 2010 for speeding 3 penalty points thn 2011 speeding 6 penalty points and £100 fine thn recently 2014 going through the red light 3 penalty points and 100 fine,before i apply for my naturalisation im just wondering where im standing as the new law about immigrations came to offect?thanks

?! did you mean "new"?
I didn't hear that someone would be refused on this basis - but I have to admit - it doesn't proove your good character. I didn't read anything anywhere that you need to worry just about 12 months. They have to decide if they want that kind of person as a citizen. Fines you got just proove to them that you are a dangerous driver. But I would say it is more DVSA problem. If they will believe you shouldn't drive - they will take your licence. You will know this for sure when you apply.

Thanks for all replies,but my head is mess now,hearing and reading all sorts of things about hood character criteria as some ppl say home office can refuse if you driving offences
