Hi Members,

One of given referee in MN1 form is not available, due to emergency have to go back home.

My question is how many days, after fee deduction Home Office normally contact to referees, either immediately or contact them after we submit biometrics?


And how long HO normally could wait to hear back from referees?

They don't always necessarily contact the referees in all cases. They will only contact the referee if they need some more information, either about the applicant or the referee itself.

As stated above, referees are only contacted when further checks are necessary or as a random audit.
