Registering a child as British national

I am a British national by naturalisation. I become British national in Feb 2015. My sons was born in uk I. 2005. My questions is
1- is he entitled to have a British citizenship ?
2- if yes than what form to use and where to send it ?
3- my sons is out of the country ( non EU) living with mother who is married married to me since 1997.

4- my sons in under 16 ( 13 year old)

Yes, you can register him on form MN1. He will need to meet the good character requirement and will also have to enroll biometrics.
2- if yes than what form to use and where to send it ?

Thanks for reply. Just few more questions.
1- as he lived aboard with his mother since he was 5 months , is that effects his eligibility?

2- where to send the form ? British high commsion or home office in UK?

2. Read the form. You will need his documents (birth cert, passport, you marriage cert etc)
