I had a speeding ticket (Notice of Intended Prosecution - SP50) and PCN notice and disclosing the below information in Section 3.1
Please note that none of these tickets resulted in court conviction.
I am hoping this wouldn't dent my application.
Can you also validate the below format is correct and let me know if i need to make amendments

Country to Conviction : UK
Nature of Offense - Speeding ticket
Sentence given - Speed awareness course ( This was an option and i was asked to pay a fine and 3 points on license or opt for Speed awareness course)
Date Sentenced - 22/08/2015
Imprisonment - NA

Country to Conviction : UK
Nature of Offense - Parking Ticket
Sentence given - Pay fine of £130
Date Sentenced - 08/08/2016
Imprisonment - NA

If you went for the speeding course than you didn't need to mention it. No, they wouldn't refuse you for that as it's not a conviction.
