Hello,

Just to check with you all if the documents and other thing in place for my JCAP appointment tomorrow at Enfield.

For Registration
- Form MN1 filled under Section 1 (3)
- Payment form filled
- Photographs mine and my child's (names and dob written on back)
- Health visiter signed as first referee and given passport number(But she wrote child's dob instead of her's mistakenly. Couldn't change now as she is available only on Thursdays)
- My company's director signed as other referee
- Child's full birth certificate (copies taken)
- Child's current passport & BRP (copies taken)
- My passport and ILR BRP (copies taken)
- My wife's passport and PSB dependent BRP (soon expiring) (copies taken)
- Our Marriage certificate (just in case)

For Passport
- Got paper form from post office filled and counter signed by my employer.
- Payment form from the last page of guide filled and attached.
- Photographs attached with my employer certify the true likeliness.

Do I need a special delivery cover addressed to HO, Liverpool to post it?

What can I expect tomorrow. Do they certify all copies and return everything to me to post? or they post to them?

Anything else?

Please help me with this.

RE Health visitor DoB - if you know actual DoB, keep it handy and discuss during appointment. Its better to leave it blank rather than wrong DoB as second option.

Its been a while (MN1/JCAP for my child), so don't know where I got information from BUT i submitted a letter of consent from both parents.

Rest seems sufficient to me.
