Hello everyone
Have just applied for my son registration and the fee was debited today from my account. Have been reading other people timeline and noticing that some people are applying for passport at the same time, please I need advice on this. Reading their timeline and seeing passport fee debit date and passport receive date without date for approval of the registration itself. Can someone please explain better just want to make sure am doing it right and not following the long process if there's a shorter way of going about it. Thanks

An application submitted through NCS at the council offers the service of applying for citizenship and the passport at the same time.

If you posted the application yourself, you cannot apply for both at the same time.
