Hi,
My mother has been living in the uk since 2008 and has had her ILR since 2010 due to a civil partnership and have since separated in 2013 (not legally) can she still apply for naturalisation by herself as we are unsure they will supply the required documents if applying as a spouse.
Thanks

She can qualify for BC on her own, assuming she meets all the standard requirements.

Thanks for the reply, how would she apply by herself cause on the application form it says you have to fill in their spouses details... would she just not fill that in then? Sorry if it sounds like a stupid question.
Thanks

She qualifies on her own. She must complete the form honestly and fill in spouse details.

Would they not ask to see the spouses passport & the marriage certificate? Which we don't think they will be willing to give to us

If she states on the form that she is separated, then it should be fine.
If married in the UK, easy to get a copy of the marriage certificate.
