Citizenship for my daughter

Hello,
I wanted to ask the community about my daughter's situation who is born in the UK but holds a pakistani passport.
Later this month I hope to be granted indefinite leave to remain as I have been working on Tier 2 visa for the last five years.
My 16 month old daughter was born in the UK but holds a Pakistani passport, she is Tier 2 dependent of my wife who holds her own Tier 2 visa (about 2 years away from her own ILR).

I wanted to know, after I have been granted ILR, can I apply for citizenship for my daughter?

A UK born child is ENTITLED to register a British once EITHER parent obtains ILR, regardless of childs' or other parents current nationality or visa status.
