ILR to Naturalization-questing about 1 year waiting period

My name is Sanjana. I am an Indian national, who came to UK on a independent Tier 2 visa in 2012. Yesterday I got my ILR .
My husband came to UK around 1.5 years before me and is now a British Citizen (became British citizen around 1 month back). After getting ILR my husband waited for 1 year (according to the rules) and then applied for naturalization..
My question is do I also have to wait for one year and then apply for Naturalization or can I apply for Naturalization straighaway, as I am married to a British Citizen now.
Again I would mention that we both were on our independent tier2 visa (none of us were dependent on other). We were but staying together since 2012.
