PR card issued 27/08/2016 ,application filled 28/08/2017,in PR letter no date stated for Permanent residence status ,want to send 29/08/2017 or later but 1.3 leave blank? Cos that is for ILR and after read 11-12 pages of Booklet and Guide AN looks like PR card is confirm that status for EEA national ,what date fill in question 1.3 or leave blank ? Ask few times in ncs and citizen advice but only leave blank or put date of PR issue date as answer ,confused cos looks like 1.3 is only for ILR applicants ........any ideas ?

Leave 1.3 blank. You don't hold ILR under the UK immigration rules.

I do a single application for myself only in 7.5 don't tick a box???????? ( cos don't got wife etc and don't send photocopies of documents for that) only confusing is word ...Where I have provided.....where. And that confuse me.

If you applying on your own and not married to a British citizen and you are applying on the basis of 5 years residence, you do not tick 7.5.
