Citizenship for Spouse

Good Morning
we never got round to apply for my wifes citizenship and now i am determind to compelte this form and need your help

Question 1:
Section 1.23 of the AN form asks for the details of English Test, do we need to provide the English test result? details are as per below
1. My wife came here on my dependent visa in April 2011 ,
a. Got her ILR in March 2014,
b. Took the Life in the UK test in Sep 2011,
c. Completed her Master’s degree from University of Westminster 2008

Question 2.
Section 2.1: Date and place of first arrival – my wife has visited UK since 2005 as tourist and in 2007 Sep she came here as a Student for her masters, In April 2011 after our marriage she went back to get the dependent visa
Question 2:
Which date should we use as first arrival?
a. First ever visit to UK?
b. Entry as student?
c. Entry as dependent?

Question 3.
Section 1.35: asks for partners citizenship certificate number –
on the naturalisation certificate, it shows
a Certificate number and
b Reference number –
Question: What should we use?

I have split this post to the British citizenship sub forum as it was not relevant to your previous topic in the Family Immigration sub forum.

1. Yes. Her UK degree will be sufficient plus her LIUK test pass letter.

2. 2007 as student.

3. It is a) Certificate Number as the questions asks :idea:
