Parking fines not declared - Applied on April 12th

Hi,

I am still waiting on my naturalisation application. I dont know that I should declare the parking fines and I have not declared it. I have not got any fines in the last 12 moths. But, before that , I have got some Parking fines from Council and some from PCM and all paid in time. I have applied on April 12th and still waiting for the decision to be made. Will it be a problem or Is there anything which I could do now?

Can someone please let me know what can be done at this point?
