Hi,
I need some advice please I am on ILR visa for two years now planing to apply for citizen ship,
Just want tk check how far back does ukba check your history for?
In 2008 I have worked over 20 hours while I was a student for about six months, will this be an issue for my citizen ship application?
Yout advice is highly appriciated on this matter

You are required to have 5 + 1 years for citizenship
Checks are made 10 years back
It is recommended to supply information for all years that you have worked in UK
I think you can leave out any period you are not sure of, but then again this is a risk that could compromise the good character

So you were in breach of your visa conditions. Yes it could be an issue under the good character requirement.

Hi
Thanks for the replys its best to wait and apply for citizen ship after 2018 then this would not be a problem, because checks are done only for last 10 years?

Yes, it would probably be best to wait.
