Where exactly does the OP state that he has applied for a 'reconsideration'? This is not a timeline topic nor is it a general discussion topic.

Hi
I was wonder you send SAR form by yourself or by a lawyer? As i read the guide that the form must be certified by a solicitor, i called a solicitor but doo not think he is interesting about doing this job.
Thanks

Its not the form that need attestation, its your ID document(s) that should be certified. You can go to any solicitor to get your ID attested for a nominal fee.

Hi ,

I am the most senior member of the this board who were waiting for decision since Mid February 2014 16 time MP were involved, nothing can help. More than 50 email sent of my self. Even 6 time I have formally Complaint to home office. But unfortunately the answer is not the same but the out come is the same like just waiting. In good character point of view even I didn't hain any single offence or critical record no driving points no council debt no tax issues but I am still not a good character test passed it. In December 2015 immigration minister for the home office himself sent confirmation letter to my MP the home office completed any investigation against my involvement any kind of criminal activity and the home office confirmed we didn't revealed any cause of concerned about good character that is why his file were allocated catted to appropriate caseworker for decision. I don't know when be the decision has been made Allah knows.
My luck is still testing and slept. :(

Hi dear,

I am sorry for late reply because I was very disappointed in the past month I was waiting for 3 year for initial decision which was refused on 01/05/2016 then applied reconsideration application takes 18 months for reconsideration decision. Which is ones again refused. The home office copy it's previous refusal letter and send it with the new date and option for reconsideration again that is why I am searching for good barrister for our Judicial review application please pray for me. I will be inform you when I receive the JR decision from the court.
Thank you.
Best wishes

He was refused because he admitted at the Assylum interview in 2006 that he was part of a group that was against the government and America. And this translates to War Crime activities.

Yes that is true I was a member of organisation which is supported by the western world during the cold war time but at that I was child and my family were involved in the conflict but I didn't hide anything during my Asylum interview. If I was not credible then why they accepted my Asylum claim in UN Convention 1951, 1954, 1950, the immigration Judge allowed my appeal on all these sections. And Secondly at ILR stage Settlement status granted. I was just refused Naturalisation application by not disclose my membership with the application which is true because I was mentioned my membership with the home office 13 year ago and any continued disclose for any step. In December 2014 the immigration minister for the home office sent letter to my MP and confirmed that any investigation against my possible war crime involvement has been completed and didn't revealed any cause of concerned about the good character test. Now I am in the process of Pre Action protocol stage and will be going for Full JR in court if the home office still imposed my banned 10 year for deception. I just tick no in the questionnaire about any activity or involvement with the terorrest group or organisation. I believe I am not involved any kind of such activity which is against humanity. My case is more politically then religiously because if it was declared terrorist group then why the UN removed his name from his blacklisted organisation and welcoming for peace deal with our political wing. Anyway I feel not guilty for act and it is totally discrimination and beloved facing problems.

Let's see what gona in JR?
Thank you.

Hi, Bro

My advice to you is just to forget about British citizenship and proud of your own nationality where you was born that is the main home country. If you wanna live in this country you can live and relax and try to take as much benefits as you can.

You are just worried for nothing and waiting this much. Why did you wait this much long and still trying it. You have all the right with ILR. I submitted my British citizenship application in April 2018 and I withdraw it in May 2018 and I will never apply again for it.

Why I withdraw it was because I am working and I am creating jobs and I got some HMRC PENALTIES and that was making problems they were going to refuse it.

So I decided to withdraw it rather than they tell me we don’t want you as a British citizen.

Who are they that they are telling us you are not of a good character person. Talking shit.

Just enjoy man and don’t worry about the rest.
